REFUND POLICY

Returns

We offer a 10-day return policy. You have 10 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with all tags attached and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@neimil.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@neimil.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: sale items, limited edition pieces, gift cards, custom products, and personal care items.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order. Once your return is accepted, your replacement will be dispatched promptly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority through our export partner, TUNL. Delivery typically takes 10–20 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

International customers assume the role of importer and are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of their destination country. Import taxes, customs duties, and fees may apply upon delivery — these charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Neimil has no control over these charges and cannot predict their value.

Please note that customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. Refusal of a shipment due to unexpected import fees will not be eligible for a refund, including original and return shipping costs.

Neimil does not facilitate returns, refunds, or exchanges on international orders.
